Changed your mind? 14 days to return anything

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Email hello@projectatomic.com with your order number to tell us, then send the item back within 14 days of that email. Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. Keep your proof of postage: the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. If an item comes back used or damaged beyond what's needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Wrong or damaged items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a return label and replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery.

Rings: size exchanges

We don't resize rings. If the size isn't right, send the ring back unworn within 30 days of delivery and we'll exchange it for another size where we can. Use our ring size guide before ordering.

Rings: one-year guarantee

Our rings are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for one year from dispatch. The guarantee doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage. It's in addition to your legal rights.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. For a change-of-mind return, that includes the standard delivery charge you paid, if any. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Pre-orders and backorders

If you've paid a deposit for a pre-order or backorder, you can cancel and get the deposit back at any time before the order is dispatched. Once it's delivered, the 14-day return right above applies.
