Terms of service
These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place with Project Atomic. Project Atomic ("we", "us") is a trading name of Atomic Cubes Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15105128), at 5 Winterstoke Close, Bedminster, Bristol, BS3 2NG, United Kingdom. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its material, size and weight. Where we give a minimum weight, the cube you receive will weigh at least that amount. Photos show the product as closely as possible, but colour and finish can look slightly different on different screens, and natural materials such as copper develop a patina over time.
2. Orders and payment
When you place an order, we'll email to confirm we've received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. Prices are shown in the currency you choose at checkout, and payment is taken by our payment providers when you order. Orders are subject to availability. If we can't supply something you've ordered, we'll tell you and refund what you paid for it.
3. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and typical delivery times are shown at checkout and in our delivery policy. Orders sent outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duty, which the customer pays. The goods are your responsibility once they've been delivered to you. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll put it right.
4. Returns, exchanges and refunds
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery. Our returns policy explains how, how to exchange a ring for another size, and how refunds work. Nothing in these terms or that policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.
5. Guarantee
Our rings carry a one-year guarantee against manufacturing faults, as set out in our returns policy. This is in addition to your legal rights.
6. Using the website
All content on this site, including text, photography, graphics and logos, belongs to Project Atomic or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
7. Our liability
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that, up to the price you paid for the products concerned. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere, you may also be able to bring a claim in the courts where you live and rely on the consumer laws that apply there.
