Free delivery
Delivery is free on every order to the UK, and free worldwide on orders of £49.99 and over.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours of completion. Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Carriers and typical delivery times
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Typical delivery times are:
- UK: Express, usually 1 to 3 working days
- EU: Express, usually 2 to 7 days
- Rest of the world: Express UPS, usually 2 to 7 days
International orders may be sent using UPS or DPD. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates and can be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Import duty
Orders sent internationally may be subject to customs duty or other import charges in the destination country. Any applicable import duty is paid by the customer.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent by email where available for the selected service. Use the tracking number provided to follow the parcel after dispatch.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact hello@projectatomic.com with your order details so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate next step.
